*Reformation of the original 'Immigration Bill' allows all immigrants presently in the United States, the right to apply for, and receive the total of these privileges.
1). As of October 30, 2007, anyone presently residing in the United States, without legal naturalization, may as of October 30, 2007 apply for, and receive full United States citizenship status. Exception: Immigrants indicted by a United States jury on a felony offense at the time of your application for United States naturalization: Otherwise, a $3000.00 fine is due and must be remitted in full at the time of your application for United States citizenship, along with the $300.00 application, and documentation service charge. Reformation of the original ‘Immigration Bill’ allows all immigrants presently in the United States, the right to apply for, and receive the total of these privileges within a four ( 4 ) week time frame. That is, as of the date of your application; approval, privileges, and all subsequent applications you may submit for benefits as listed below, will be processed and made available within a four week maximum time frame.
2). At the time of your application for United States naturalization, you may also apply for, and receive full medical assistance; including vision and dental, for forty-eight months from the date of your naturalization application. Thereafter, you may receive full medical benefits for an extended period of not less than (10) ten years, and make a mandatory co-payment with each visit to the healthcare provider listed in your (packet) paperwork. This co-payment will be a mandatory amount of $30.00, and never more than $50.00 during this (10) ten year period. This benefit is effective as of the date of your application.
3). At the time of your application for United States citizenship and naturalization, you may apply for, and receive food assistance. All applicants will receive a maximum of $150.00 in food assistance per week, without regard to the number of dependents listed in your application for United States citizenship and naturalization. This benefit will span, and not exceed a (ten) 10 year period; a renewal application for this benefit will not be required, necessary, or made available during this (10) ten year period.
4). At the time of your application for United States citizenship and naturalization, you may also apply for, and receive, an automatic housing preferred status, and a federally subsidized housing subsidy of not less than 75% of, or against your weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly housing payment. This benefit is effective as of the date of your application for United States naturalization.
5) At the time of your application for United States naturalization, a mandatory driver’s license will be issued to you, and to your dependents that are at least eighteen years of age. Your driver’s license will allow you to commute to any state in the union; it will reflect your image, thumb print, an established date of birth, and the date of your United States naturalization. Social Security Administration representatives will be at-hand, and will issue every immigrant applicant a mandatory legal social security number, also on the date of your naturalization application.
Prior to, and before approval of any of the above provisions and benefits, you must attend a two (2) hour mandatory immigrant naturalization applicant orientation. During this time, the following mandatory conditions to citizenship will be discussed, agreed upon, as well as contracted between you and the Government of the United States of America:
